仙台を拠点に活動するロックバンド・simsiis。
宮沢賢治の詩の一節からタイトルを引用した1st EP “hale grow”と対になる4曲入りEP ”white hot” を2022年 3/9(水)にPAPER MADE SHELL RECORDSよりリリース。
ボーカルkocoronoの”歌”に重点を置いて製作されたという今作は、美しく繊細な日本語のメロディとエモリバイバルサウンドの邂逅の中に、初期衝動の熱も感じられる、平均年齢21.5歳のsimsiisの今を等身大に映した作品となっている。

Sendai-based rock band, simsiis.
Their 1st EP "hale grow", whose title is taken from a poem by Kenji Miyazawa, and its counterpart "white hot", a 4-song EP, will be released on March 9 (Wed.), 2022 from PAPER MADE SHELL RECORDS.
This work, which was produced with an emphasis on vocalist kocorono's "songs," is a life-size reflection of the current state of simsiis, whose average age is 21.5 years old, and in the encounter of beautiful and delicate Japanese melodies and emo revival sound, the heat of initial impulse can also be felt. It is a work that reflects the life-size of simsiis, whose average age is 21.5 years old.
